About this part

The Bykski N-H200-SR-QH is a full-cover, all-metal GPU water block with backplate for server, workstation and data-center builders who liquid-cool their accelerators. It is made for the NVIDIA Tesla H200 141GB and matched to that card's circuit board. It is built for cards that run around the clock without idle periods.

One copper cold plate covers the GPU chip, the memory and the power stages in a single pass. That heat goes straight into the loop instead of depending on front-to-back airflow in a crowded chassis. The 5 mm oxygen-free copper is vacuum brazed into one piece, and the aluminum backplate keeps the board from deforming under long duty.
