About this part
The Bykski N-RTX5090FE-SR is a full-cover metal GPU water block with backplate for custom liquid-cooled workstations, servers and data-center builds that run around the clock. It fits the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Founders Edition and cools the GPU chip, memory and power stages in one pass.
A jet impingement cold plate drives coolant through 56 fine microchannels right over the GPU chip, pulling heat away quickly under sustained load. The all-metal build, with no acrylic, is made for machines that stay on, and an anodized aluminum backplate stiffens the board against flexing. Standard G1/4 ports connect it to an existing loop.

As the card ships
|
|
|---|---|---|---|
| You already have | A case with a 360 mm radiator mount. Nothing else. | A working water-cooling loop: pump, radiator, reservoir, fittings, coolant. | The card and the cooler it came with: a passive fin stack or a small blower, built to be fed by a server's front-to-back airflow. |
| Day one | Remove the stock cooler, install the pads and the block, mount the radiator. Done. | Same block install, then plumb it into your loop, fill and bleed. | Plug it in. In a rack with a cold aisle it runs as designed. In a workstation or desktop case, nothing pushes air through the fin stack. |
| Serviceable | Sealed. Nothing to fill, bleed or top up. | Every part, because it is your loop. | Nothing to service, and nothing to improve: the cooler can only move the heat the case pushes through it. |
| Best for | Servers and workstations that need it running this week. | A build that already has water in it. | The rack it was designed for. Not a desktop, a workstation or an open bench, where it throttles under sustained load. |

What buyers said

What installing it actually involves
Three steps, in the order that matters. The one people get wrong is the first.
NVIDIA NVIDIA 5090 - GEFORCE RTX 5090 FOUNDERS EDITION — the exact model, not the family. Partner boards differ.
Thermal interface material as supplied. Even mounting pressure, correct bracket orientation, no over-torquing.
Run the pump on a bench supply with the rest of the system unpowered. 24 hours is the standard, an hour is the minimum.
